FAQ:
	Q1) How do I install these files?
	Q2) Why are only the textures and lumas present? what happened to gloss/bump/etc?
	Q3) Why are metal5_2, metal5_4, and metal5_8, and plat_top1 NOT released?

	A1) You have an option. If you want to use these faithful textures on ALL maps, you put them in fuhquake\textures. There is a downside and an upside to this. The downside is that if you are using a texture-pack from someone else (someone who retextured all the textures for a specific map with a specific theme), the maps' textures will be replaced by the faithful textures and thus the theme will be mixed between the old texture pack and the new faithful textures (many maps use a combination of new textures in addition to custom textures). The upside is that you will have one list of "master" textures which all maps will use. Space and organization is more efficient.

Or, if you want, you can place all the textures into fuquake\textures\exmy (exmy, not e1m1, e1m2..etc). This will make fuhquake load the textures only on maps that are e#m#. If you want to use them in any other map, you have to phyisically copy the textures into the map directory (like if you want to use texture.png in dm2, you'll have to copy/paste texture.png into fuhquake\textures\dm2).

Most people do the second option, except with #lava, #teleport, and doors. It's up to you... If you want to use teleport/lava/doors in ALL maps, then just put those files in fuhquake\textures.

Fuhquake loads textures in this fashion: fuhquake\textures\map_dir then fuhquake\textures. I think that's enough explaining :)



	A2) There is a pack released with all textures (texture, luma, gloss, normal) for dm6 only. We are currently working on releasing normal/gloss maps in addition to the texture and luma but we have decided to work on non-advanced textures first and then release the normal/gloss textures. They will come. To download the dm6 pack with all textures, either go to the QRP website(currently down) or Quakeworld.nu thread (read the bottom of this readme)



	A3) ID made a huge mistake in having DIFFERENT textures with the SAME name in different maps. For example, the metal5_2 in map A is different than the metal5_2 in map B (which caused old clients to crash). Anyway, coders are implementing a feature to accomadate this bug and as soon as it is finished I'll release the problematic textures :)



	Q4) Moon[Drunk] did two "Quake" textures (first seen on start.bsp) - a faithful one and a faithful one with the words "Quake Retexture Project" written down the bottom. If you feel like supporting one of the most active and productive Quake projects, feel free to rename Quake-QRP.tga to Quake.tga and replace it with the one in /textures/ :)



	A5) Contact me telling me your situation so I can get you the background of textures done already. ** PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME TEXTURES THAT WE HAVE DONE THAT YOU HAVE MODIFIED. INSTEAD, TELL ME WHAT CHANGED AND WHY !! **.

	Q7) The Quake Retexture Project has for some time announced the move to TGA and from this point on (actually, from the dm6 releases on) all releases will be TGA. This is due to many reasons (file size, easier on the engine, etc) that is explained in full on the webpage's FAQ.
